Recipe for 1 serving:

100 gr di mascarpone
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of sugar

Mix the egg yolks and sugar and whip until you obtain a dense, creamy mixture. Add the mascarpone and mix thoroughly until all the lumps are gone. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
